Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applicable Programs: Robotics, Coding, 3D Printing, CNC, Digital Art, Traditional Art, and other educational workshops.

1. General Policy

At Noah STEAM Ark Academy, we are committed to providing a positive, safe, and high-quality educational experience for every student.

We understand that families may occasionally need to cancel or change their enrollment. This Cancellation & Refund Policy establishes clear and fair procedures for handling these requests.

2. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by a parent or legal guardian.

Requests must include:

Student's full name
Course or program name
Parent or guardian's name
Reason for cancellation
Requested cancellation date

A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

A. Cancellation 7 or More Days Before the Course Begins

A full refund (100%) of the course tuition will be issued.

B. Cancellation 2–6 Days Before the Course Begins

A partial refund of 75% of the course tuition will be issued.

C. Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before the Course Begins

A partial refund of 50% of the course tuition will be issued.

D. Cancellation After the Course Has Started

Refund requests will be reviewed individually by Academy Administration.

Any approved refund will consider classes already attended, materials used or provided, and the remaining course sessions.

No refund will be issued for classes already completed.

4. Cancellation by the Academy

If Noah STEAM Ark Academy cancels a course before it begins, parents will receive a full refund of the tuition paid.

If the Academy permanently discontinues a course after it has started, a prorated refund will be issued for any remaining sessions that will not be provided.

5. Missed Classes and Student Absences

Refunds are not normally provided for individual classes missed due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or other voluntary absences.

Make-up sessions may be offered when available, subject to instructor availability and Academy approval.

6. Refund Authorization

All refunds must be reviewed and authorized exclusively by Noah STEAM Ark Academy Administration.

Instructors, assistants, and other staff members are not authorized to approve, promise, or process refunds.

Parents may submit a refund request, but no refund will be processed without administrative approval.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method.

For payments processed through Wix Payments, refunds generally take approximately 3–5 business days to appear in the customer's account after processing, depending on the financial institution.

No cash refunds will be issued for payments originally made by credit or debit card.

8. Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.

The Academy may approve exceptions when appropriate, consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Parent Acknowledgment

By registering a student and submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy and agree to its terms, subject to applicable law.
